This 10,000SF structure was designed to house both a craft brewery, a bar and a full-service restaurant. The mix of heavy timber and steel structural elements, the peeled log columns, the pitched roofs clad with standing seam metal roofing, the bright stainless steel brew tanks, a live edge bar top and the warm interior finishes and details express the Colorado character that the name of this project suggests.
