JOHN P. NELSON ASSOCIATES offers a full range of services which fall under the general headings of BASIC SERVICES and ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Basic Services includes those services that are considered a standard part of the design process, and Additional Services includes services that are more specialized. Normally a separate additional fee is charged for Additional Services, which are provided only upon the specific request of the client; fees are based on the nature of the project and the services required.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Basic Services usually include the design of the Structural, Mechanical and Electrical systems for a given project. If the services of other consultants are required, this would be considered Additional Services; examples would include Surveying, Geo-technical Engineering, Landscape Design, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, and Acoustical or Sound System Design. These are services which will be provided with the Owner’s approval, based on the needs of a specific project.
